CLAIND AND PROTON ENERGY SYSTEMS TEAM TO COLLABORATE ON ANALYTICAL LABORATORY MARKETS
Agreement creates co-development relationship to produce advanced analytical laboratory equipment

An important agreement was signed today between Claind, a 30-year old Italian manufactuter of gas generators and Proton Energy Systems, a leading American company that produces on-site hydrogen generation systems.
The agreement is a commercial and technological partnership that joins Claind's many years oif experience and world's leading position in the generation of hydrogen, nitrogen and zero air products with Proton Energy's expertise in the development and manufacturing of on-site hydrogen generation systems thta utilize PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) technology. Proton Energy is the world's leading supplier of PEM based hydrogen generators.
Through this technological interchange, Claind and Proton Energy will utilize the most advanced gas production technologied and offer the analytical laboratory market a highly reliable, safe and high performance solution for on-site hydrogen, nitrogen and zero air generators.Claind and Proton Energy are positioned to take advantage of each company's strenghts in the market and use this combined strength to become leaders in the laboratory equipment market.
